Matcha Loving at Tsujiri – S Maison, Conrad Manila

In this edition of EATSplorations, we will be sharing with you about Elait Rolled Ice Cream and Yogurt at Century City Mall in Makati. Elait is a rolled ice cream and yogurt concept that originated from Thailand. The name “Elait” (e-late) is a play of words; a combination of the French word for milk, “Lait” and “Elate, which means to be ecstatically happy. Since people can’t really be sad when they eat ice cream, Elait’s goal is to spread happiness and positivity through their products. We decided to write and share about our Elait EATSperience not only because they serve up made-to-order rolled ice cream with premium ingredients but also, because we love what they are doing for our deaf brothers and sisters whom they have given job opportunities. Sangkap – Portico, Pasig

Hello everyone! After almost a week of not being able to write about our recent EATS, we finally had time to write about one of our EATSperiences last month. We were able to visit one of the newest restaurants in Portico – Pasig, Sangkap by Chef Raymar Reyes. Sangkap means “ingredient” in Filipino, as the restaurant features all sorts of dishes with ingredients that highlight the different regional flavors of the Philippines. Because of that, we tried a number of Sangkap’s bestselling dishes from the different parts of the Philippines. Dishes that are truly Filipino with a twist.
