In this edition of EATSplorations, we will be sharing with you about Elait Rolled Ice Cream and Yogurt at Century City Mall in Makati. Elait is a rolled ice cream and yogurt concept that originated from Thailand. The name “Elait” (e-late) is a play of words; a combination of the French word for milk, “Lait” and “Elate, which means to be ecstatically happy. Since people can’t really be sad when they eat ice cream, Elait’s goal is to spread happiness and positivity through their products.
