If you haven’t heard about them yet, Brown Butter makes pancake sandwiches inspired by the “Dorayaki” from Japan. The concept is a fusion of East and West as they combined the Japanese pancakes with more Western fillings or palaman in Filipino. The pancake sandwiches of Brown Butter are also very handy and easy to eat. Keep reading to find out more about Brown Butter’s different pancake sandwiches in this edition of EATSplorations!
