Fat Fook Taiwanese Kitchen – SM North EDSA

Two weeks ago, it was a rare occasion for us to visit the northern part of Metro Manila. Considering where we live, any place that has Quezon City in its address seems like miles away because of the terrible Metro Manila traffic that we normally encounter. Anyways, we went to SM North EDSA to try out Fat Fook Taiwanese Kitchen. Fat Fook, as it is more commonly known, is a restaurant that features Taiwanese street food and traditional dishes. Brown Butter Pancake Sandwiches

Finally, October is over and now it’s time to usher in November! We were loaded with work last month and as a result, we have had some backlog on the blogging side of things. Not complaining though because thank God, we have been busy since coming back home. Last month, we received a box of goodies from Brown Butter Pancake Sandwiches. If you haven’t heard about them yet, Brown Butter makes pancake sandwiches inspired by the “Dorayaki” from Japan. The concept is a fusion of East and West as they combined the Japanese pancakes with more Western fillings or palaman in Filipino.
