Remember us sharing about our recent weekend trip up North? After our delicious lunch at King Chef Dimsum Kitchen, we headed over to Snowbing Korean Dessert Cafe for some shaved ice desserts. Good thing that it was on the other side from where we were, so we had to walk and we were able to make room for dessert. Snowbing Korean Dessert Cafe has a lot of shaved ice desserts that can cater to different preferences. Surprisingly, they do not just offer desserts, they also have savory items that will surely make you want to indulge as well. Want to find out more of what we had? Join us as we share our Savory and Sweet at Snowbing Korean Dessert Cafe EATSperience!
Snowbing Korean Dessert Cafe at SM North
Located at the Upper Ground floor of the SM North Edsa’s Main Building, Snowbing is just across National Bookstore. Its blue and white interior is soothing to look at and it matches the feeling when one is having an ice cold dessert.
What to order at Snowbing?
Since we were with our foodie friends, we decided to other several items that were good for sharing. We had 2 different savory items, 2 different sweet toasts and 4 different flavors of their bingsu. The food is affordable and it ranges from Php99-200. Not bad, right?
First up, a couple of savory treats!

(beef bulgogi and cheese)
Php 99
This Korean Pizza is basically good for 1 to 2 people only and is great for a filling snack. Topped with sweet bulgogi and cheese, this pizza was a hit for all of us.

Php 198
Their Salted Egg Pasta was creamy and thick that made it a bit heavy. We were also expecting a strong salted egg flavor, however, when we had our first bite, we didn’t taste much salted egg.
Up next, some sweet treats!

Something more filling to keep our tummies full. Both toasts were perfectly cooked. Crispy on the outside, moist and fluffy on the inside. Our favorite was the Honey Butter Toast. Simple yet it was really tasty.
Lastly, some Bingsu!

Now time for their Bingsu! We had several fruity and chocolate-y flavors, including Strawberries and Cream Bingsu that they served specifically for the kids. One thing that we liked about their Bingsu was the shaved ice. It had the look similar to grated cheese and it was really creamy. 2 of our favorites were the Matcha Green Tea and the Cheezy Mango. The Matcha Green Tea had strong Matcha flavor and the mochi and red beans added texture to every spoonful of the creamy ice. The Cheezy Mango, on the other hand, had a generous amount of cubed cheese and sweet mangoes. We really enjoyed the bite from the different toppings added to the already smooth ice.
At an affordable price, diners can already get a good bowl of Bingsu and savory items good for 1 to 2. We really enjoyed their toasts and the variety of flavors that they have for their Bingsu. We are glad that we were able to discover another cafe in our North EATSperience. That’s it for this edition of EATSplorations, ’till next time!
