2017 has been a year filled with so much fun, friendship, and FOOD. We have met and gained so many new friendships because of what we do. In return, we also gained a lot of new EATSperiences and of course, weight. Kidding aside, we would like to say thank you to all our new-found friends who were a big part of our 2017. This year wouldn’t have been so much fun without you guys. We are also very grateful for all the EATSperiences that we have had. Fast food, home-based businesses, hole in the wall, travel, hotels, fine-dining, and many more. We want to thank you all for taking the time to read and appreciate what we do as EATSplorations. In this edition of EATSplorations, we would like to share with you all about our 10 Most Favorite EATSperiences of 2017. The list may not just be all about the new restaurants of 2017. But, it’s a list of EATSperiences that were truly memorable to us this year, we hope you all like it. Enjoy!
Month: December 2017
[Uptown Bonifacio] Italian Feast at Mamma Mia
In December alone, we’ve probably EATSperienced around THREE Italian restaurants here in Metro Manila and that’s from Makati and Taguig alone. One old with new dishes and two newbies, one of which is an international franchise, and the second one is a homegrown concept from an Italian family living here in Manila. What we are trying to say is that Italian cuisine has grown to be a big part of us carb-loving Pinoys. Yes, we love our rice and dish combos but we, Filipinos, have grown to love pizza and pasta throughout the years. That’s why we have a great number of both local and international pizza chains all over the country. We also have a number of homegrown Italian food concepts, some of which are still up and running for a number of years now. Well, we can never have so much pizza and pasta. We, ourselves, as EATSplorations are huge fans of anything with noodles, dough, tomato sauce, and cheese. Anything with an Italian influence, bring it on! That’s why in this edition of EATSplorations, we will be sharing with you our latest EATSperience in Uptown Bonifacio, an Italian Feast at Mamma Mia. Enjoy! Continue reading…
Holiday Season EATS at Mango Tree – BGC
Since we came back home last 2016, we have met a lot of food-loving people in our different EATSperiences here. And some that we have met along the way became our friends who we now we consider our food-loving family. A few Saturdays back, we had our early Christmas celebration with our so-called food-loving family, the KTG (Kain Tulog Gang). And we had a Thai-inspired lunch as we dined at Mango Tree in Bonifacio High Street. We were excited as it was our first time to dine here even if we always pass by it whenever we are in the area. Aside from us dining there for the first time, we were also lucky to try out their new offerings for the Holiday season. Join us as we share with you our Holiday Season EATS at Mango Tree – BGC. Enjoy! Continue reading…
