Cafe Sanso – Little Baguio, San Juan

Over the years, Little Baguio in San Juan City has been a great dining destination for a whole lot of foodies from all over the Metro. The neighborhood is home to several homegrown restaurants and cafes with a wide variety of cuisines to offer. In one of our recent EATSperiences, we discovered a very interesting cafe that was inspired by a museum right next to it. Museo Sanso is an art museum put up for the well-known Spanish artist who is Filipino by heart, Juvenal Sanso. Hence the cafe was named after the him. Alta by Relik – Santolan Town Plaza

Lunch dates are rare for us, as we usually take lunch with our respective classes (as some of you may not know, yes, we were both teachers). So whenever we have to opportunity to go out for lunch, we make sure that we really get to enjoy the time together and of course, the food! A few weeks back, after dealing with our year end clearances at work, we went to a restaurant near our work place. Since we knew that we were having a lunch date, we didn’t eat much for breakfast to prepare our tummies (haha!) Some of you may be familiar with Relik located at BGC, and the restaurant where we went to is managed by the same group. Join us in this edition of EATSplorations, as we share about our Alta by Relik-Santolan Town Plaza EATSperience. Enjoy! Continue reading…

Flossom Place is like a one-stop shop for those residing in and around San Juan City. It’s home to a number of establishments that offer different products and services. In this edition of EATSplorations, join us as we share with you about Flossom Kitchen Cafe in San Juan City. Enjoy!

Steak Dinner at Cowrie Grill by The Manila Hotel – Greenhills, San Juan

We rarely go out after work especially on a Friday night. Main reason? Traffic! The traffic here in Manila can be exhausting at times specifically during Fridays, when people are out ready to welcome the weekend. But in one of our recent EATSperiences, there was an exception. We braved going out on a Friday night to have our first ever dining EATSperience at a well known restaurant by The Manila Hotel. Aside from us having a huge love for steaks, we were excited as well because this restaurant has been a household name in the historical Manila Hotel. So without any hesitation we decided to have our first ever taste of Cowrie Grill. Join us and find out about our Steak Dinner at Cowrie Grill by The Manila Hotel EATSperience! Continue reading…
