[Pampanga EATS] 25 Seeds by Chef Sau del Rosario
Earlier this month, I, Mr. Eats, went on a food trip to EATSplore some of the limited edition items for the Choice of the Nation. It was a day of pure eating as I was able to try out FOUR restaurants in one day. The food trip took me as far as Pampanga and it led me to 25 Seeds by Chef Sau del Rosario. 25 Seeds features farm to table creations inspired by many of his adventures in his 25 years of being in the food industry and of course, by his Kapampangan roots. I was really excited to try his food again because of my wonderful EATSperience at Cafe Fleur in 2016. In this edition of EATSplorations, I will be sharing my thoughts about his famous dishes and also about his mayo-inspired dishes. I sure hope you are hungry because here’s my gut-stuffing EATSperience at 25 Seeds by Chef Sau del Rosario, enjoy! Continue reading…
Alta by Relik – Santolan Town Plaza
Lunch dates are rare for us, as we usually take lunch with our respective classes (as some of you may not know, yes, we were both teachers). So whenever we have to opportunity to go out for lunch, we make sure that we really get to enjoy the time together and of course, the food! Some of you may be familiar with Relik located at BGC, and the restaurant where we went to is managed by the same group. Join us in this edition of EATSplorations, as we share about our Alta by Relik-Santolan Town Plaza EATSperience. Enjoy! Continue reading…
