Merce’s Chow, after being away for 12 years, is now back and yes, their signature Butter Chicken with Lemon Sauce, too! Awesome, right?! To those of you who are not familiar with them, Merce’s Chow was a small family-run eatery that operated from 2003 to 2008, located then in Leon Guinto, Taft Avenue, Manila.
