We’re finally making a list of some of the small businesses that we’ve encountered during the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) here in Metro Manila! First of all, sorry it took us 60 days to come up with one. Our brains are just thinking of so many things right now. Second, the small businesses on this list sell different things from viands, cookies, complete meals, and so on. Lastly, we’ve tried each and every product on this list so that we can properly tell you guys about it. If you see something interesting, please check them out and message the sellers. Tough times right now and it will be very good to support these small businesses who are fighting for their livelihood and their small team as well. There’s nothing petite about the Baked Spaghetti of Le Petite Chef! It’s sweet, rich, cheesy, and really really nostalgic. We really felt like we were transported to a children’s party while eating it. If you’re celebrating something this quarantine period and you live within Metro Manila, make sure you check out Le Petite Chef! You won’t regret it.

Deli in the City delivers delicious dishes for one and all! They have really good food that is big both in flavor and size. Two of our favorites were their Buttered Chicken with Naan and Nasi Lemak! Both items left us wanting for more. They have a really extensive menu to satisfy any craving that you and your family might have this ECQ!

Ninja’s Pantry is an online seller that has a good variety of frozen goods! They have Saikoro Wagyu Beef Cubes, Shrimps, Pork, and many more. We were able to try out their Scallops (with shell and all) and their ready-to-cook Gyudon set complete with sauce. The scallops were amazing! It was sweet and went perfectly with the garlic butter sauce that we made. While the beef the in Gyudon set was meaty and fatty, just the way we like it. CPA Easy Comfort Meals

Tasty viands for only 85 to 135 pesos per order and that’s not the most exciting part yet! CPA Easy Comfort Meals’ products are not just affordable, it’s super easy to prepare, too! All the items on their menu just need to be boiled for 10 minutes, and you’re off for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We’ve tried a number of their items and our favorites are the Boneless Grilled Chicken Cutlets, Laing, and Bicol Express! Fried Chicken!!! Taiwanese-style Fried Chicken. Bokk Bokk Chicken & Co. has some of the best-tasting homecooked fried chicken out there. When we had ours, it was still pretty crispy and hot considering that they’re located far from where we live. The fried chicken bites were just as how we wanted it to be. It was crispy, tender, juicy, and really flavorful. We’ve tried two out of their three flavors and the Mexican Spice just edges out the Salt & Pepper by just a few points. They also have Turmeric Rice so that you won’t get too guilty for eating fried chicken, hehe. Check ’em out next time you crave for something crispy-licious!
