NEW Tokyo Wings at Tokyo Tokyo Philippines!

A couple of weeks back, I went to Tokyo Tokyo’s flagship branch at the Trinoma Mall in Quezon City for the media preview of the brand’s NEWEST menu item, the Tokyo Wings!

At first, I wasn’t really sure what to expect because I have already tried their recent innovations like the Wagyu Burgers and the Makirrito, both of which I really enjoyed and love until now!

Everyone at the event was really excited to try out Tokyo Tokyo’s Tokyo Wings! It is because they have not just one, not two, but THREE Tokyo Wings flavors! Sounds exciting, right?!

After a short introduction from Tokyo Tokyo’s representatives, it’s finally time to EATSperience their NEWEST menu items, the Tokyo Wings!!!

Say hello to the Tokyo Wings by Tokyo Tokyo! The first flavor is the Spicy Sriracha, second is the Black Pepper, and third is the Teriyaki. One new item in three different flavors. Good job, Tokyo Tokyo!

The Tokyo Wings come in different numbers, too! The first is this 4-piece pack at Php 180.

The second is the 6-piece pack for only Php 200 pesos! Just 20 pesos more but you can get 6 flavorful wings already, talk about having a ‘sulit’ meal!

The third is the 12-piece pack which includes 4 of each flavor at Php 400! This one’s a great sampler if you’d like to try all three flavors. This pack is also the most perfect pack for sharing with your friends or family!

Aside from the plates of Tokyo Wings, a Tokyo Tokyo EATSperience is never complete without their signature bento that’s why I’m happy to announce that it’s also available as a Bento Meal! I will also be sharing my thoughts about each of the flavors in the following section of my Tokyo Wings EATSperience!

Black Pepper Tokyo Wings

This one’s the mildest of the three Tokyo Wings! Peppery and really savory sauce. It was extremely fragrant, too! If you don’t like spicy wings, this one’s for you.

Teriyaki Wings

Tokyo Tokyo has always been really famous when it comes to its signature sweet teriyaki sauce. However, for the Tokyo Wings, Tokyo Tokyo chose to spice it up a little. The sauce is sweet at first then it will hit you with a hint of spice at the end. It was something I didn’t expect but it was something I loved! Sweet and spicy is always a hit for me! Well done, Tokyo Tokyo!

Spicy Sriracha Wings

This one is for real! It is spicy and it really tastes like Sriracha, no joke. I enjoyed this one, surprisingly. Its spice level was just right for me and it was really the enjoyable and tasty kind of spicy, not the crazy spicy. It’s perfect with Tokyo Tokyo’s unlimited rice!

Tokyo Wings at Tokyo Tokyo is available starting this Wednesday, May 22, 2019, NATIONWIDE! If you love chicken wings, make sure to try all three flavors right away! You won’t regret it. Don’t forget to tell me about your thoughts on Tokyo Tokyo’s newest menu item! That’s it for this edition of EATSplorations, until next time!
