It’s been a year now or 365 days ago since Mireio opened in Raffles Makati. The Provençal-inspired upscale restaurant, in-honor of its first year anniversary, will be serving a selection of its popular dishes for only Php 365 nett from now until December 12, 12:00pm until 10:30pm. Yes, you read that right. Mireio will be serving up dishes like Fresh and Smoked Salmon Tartare with Granny Smith Apple and Dijon Mustard Cream, Slow-cooked Oxtail Parmentier with Black Truffle Jus and Mesclun, and Apple Tart Tatin with Vanilla Ice Cream, just to name a few. And yes, you may devour each dish for only Php 365 nett. Two weeks ago, we EATSperienced one of the most memorable EATSperiences we have had in quite a long time. It was not like any usual food trip for us. It was A Weekend in Provence at Mireio in Raffles Makati. Yes, it was our first time at Raffles Makati’s elegant French restaurant and by the looks of it, it will definitely not be our last. Why?
