The first order of baby back ribs comes with two sides—coleslaw and mashed potato. The staff of The Fireplace spoke highly of their mashed potato and they were right. Their mashed potatoes was super creamy and it tasted really really good. One of the best mashed potatoes we have ever had.
We don’t usually order ribs when eat out because eating it can be a little bit tricky. However, these ribs are an exception because it was really tender and tasty. We enjoyed its sweet and tangy barbecue sauce which perfectly coated the meaty ribs. The ribs itself were already filling and having two sides completed the meal. Their coleslaw tasted really fresh and we loved the crunchy texture it gave. It was a good side to pair with their creamy and smooth mashed potatoes.
We had a bountiful EATSperience by The Fireplace. They definitely give their diners not just superb service but also amazing food.
