The Fireplace is located at the 5th level of New World Manila Bay Hotel. The restaurant prides itself of showcasing the best and freshest local produce that are sustainable and are overflowing with flavors that are indigenous in the Philippines. The restaurant’s ambiance is very intimate, perfect for romantic dinners and family gatherings and celebrations. On a more personal level, the staff were really nice and accommodating especially to our baby. The high chair was readily available. They also gave her bread and even offered if they can prepare anything for her. We were really impressed.
All-you-can-eat The Fireplace’s Signature Burger!
Thick and juicy beef patty stuffed with foie gras grilled to perfection inside The Fireplace’s Beech Oven, using Ipil Ipil wood for that added smokiness. After a few minutes inside the beautiful oven, the signature burger patty is ready to be plated. When they were done assembling, it came out really lovely and enticing!
We love burgers and fries but this is our first time ever to try an all-you-can-eat burgers. On the other hand, we haven’t been drinking for quite awhile and beer is not our strongest suit. But if you love both burger and beer, you will surely enjoy this trEAT!
Crispy, fresh, and super savory! Just the perfect partner for the gigantic signature burger. However, this is only served once and is not unlimited. You may order an addition serving of it though at Php 285.
