[Poblacion] Mexican EATS at Taqueria Seta

In the past couple of years, Poblacion in Makati has become a booming food district with a huge variety of hole in the wall finds. A lot of the most talked about places to dine at in Makati is mostly around this busy commercial area. If you are looking for a new place to try, you will surely come across a restaurant in Poblacion. We have been wanting to try out a lot places there but only a few seem to be very child-friendly, that’s why we have to wait a bit for us to discover what Poblacion truly has to offer. In our recent Poblacion EATSperience, we visited a place that opened a couple of months ago that serves up Mexican treats and drinks, perfect for that after work gimik or tambay with colleagues and friends. ANY ANY at Hole in the Wall – Century City Mall, Makati

It’s been a long time since our last visit to Manila’s most hipster food hall, Hole in the Wall (HITW). Whenever we visited it in the past, we would always go for a cheeseburger from The Beef and that famous Umami Fried Chicken with Dirty Rice at Bad Bird. It was kind of exciting at first but it can get a little bit too predictable because we would always go for our favorites. Yes, both The Beef and Bad Bird are our favorites, as both are really good. But at some point, we were left wondering, “What could be our next HITW favorite?” Hmmmmm… After months of not being able to drop by Hole in the Wall, here comes the new kid on the block. When we saw this newly opened stall, it reminded us of a usual answer to the question “Where will we eat?”. The answer to this most of the time is, “Kahit saan” or “Kahit ano” in Filipino, and in English it is “Any Any”. Sounds familiar? Well, in this edition of EATSplorations, we will be sharing with you about ANY ANY at Hole in the Wall in Century City Mall, Makati. Could this be our next HITW favorite? Keep reading to find out. Elait Rolled Ice Cream and Yogurt – Century City Mall

“You can’t be sad when you’re eating ice cream.” Agree? Well, if you do agree with the famous ice cream quote, then you will surely enjoy this recent EATSperience of ours. In this edition of EATSplorations, we will be sharing with you about Elait Rolled Ice Cream and Yogurt at Century City Mall in Makati. Elait is a rolled ice cream and yogurt concept that originated from Thailand. The name “Elait” (e-late) is a play of words; a combination of the French word for milk, “Lait” and “Elate, which means to be ecstatically happy. Since people can’t really be sad when they eat ice cream, Elait’s goal is to spread happiness and positivity through their products. We decided to write and share about our Elait EATSperience not only because they serve up made-to-order rolled ice cream with premium ingredients but also, because we love what they are doing for our deaf brothers and sisters whom they have given job opportunities. Sounds interesting so far? Join us as we take a quick look at Elait’s first-ever stall here in the Philippines, enjoy!
