We have been fans of Matcha ever since we’ve tried it out. A lot of restaurants and brands have their own versions of Matcha infused treats. In this edition of EATSplorations, we will share with you a brand that has built its name over 155 years. It is one of the most well-known brands from Uji, Kyoto. Due to creating the tea cabinet, allowing matcha to be transported all over Japan. It is also a pioneer in infusing matcha with western desserts.
