Weather here in the Philippines has been encouraging me to indulge, every once in a while, on cold and sweet treats. You know—halo-halo, fruit shakes, and milkshakes. The Philippines has become a home for sweet and cold treats because one, it is just extremely hot in here. Two, we, Filipinos, love sweet stuff. Agree? I know you do. Kaiseki at Kyo-to – Legaspi Village, Makati
Another first. Another memorable EATSperience. Yes, this was one of those EATSperiences that left us speechless—a meal that we marveled at. This EATSperience was at a restaurant that is considered to be one of Makati’s hidden gems. That hidden gem is Kyo-to. Named after the former imperial capital and cultural heart of Japan. At Kyo-to, diners will EATSperience the highest expression of Japanese gastronomy called “Kaiseki”. For first-timers like us, Kyo-to’s presser defined it as, “An elegant multiple course meal, served with the best seasonal ingredients”. Yes, we are in for another treat, but this time, what made it more special was the authentic EATSperience Kyo-to brought to the table. Join us as we eat and appreciate the art of Kaiseki at Kyo-to in Legaspi Village, Makati, enjoy! Continue reading…
