Mornings during the work week are busy mornings for us. As we experience the hustle and bustle of preparing and leaving the house early to avoid the crazy Manila traffic. With that, we usually neglect to have what most people consider, the most important meal of the day—Breakfast! Good thing we had a week of no school because of the ASEAN Summit. Southern Philippine Delights at Palm Grill – Tomas Morato, Quezon City
Right after EATSperiencing Open Table Restaurant this week, I, together with some friends, went to another restaurant in Quezon City. This time, along the busy streets of Tomas Morato. The strip is just filled with coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The competition among establishments is really really tough. That’s why new concepts have to be creative enough to get their fair share of patrons. Open Table Restaurant – Scout Lazcano, Quezon City
It’s not very often when I, Mr. Eats, EATSperience something without my wife and baby. It’s also not very often when I go all the way to Quezon City just to EATSperience something new. Well, in this edition of EATSplorations it is not like one of those days when my wife and baby are not with me. Because I will be sharing an EATSperience that I went to on my own, and it’s in an area called Scout Lazcano in Quezon City. Thank God for the ASEAN break, I was able to travel from our place to Quezon City in just 30 minutes during lunch time. It’s a miracle, right? I was really pretty happy with the travel time that I experienced because I was looking forward to having a great time eating with friends in a restaurant that I have never tried before. And that restaurant is Open Table Restaurant at Scout Lazcano in Quezon City. If you are familiar with Capitol Medical Center, Open Table Restaurant is located just around a hundred meters away and is in a commercial area called 2 Lazcano. Open Table Restaurant serves up American food like ribs, burgers, and sandwiches, just to name a few.
