More so, having breakfast staples for dinner is something really interesting. Recently, we found ourselves trying out a new restaurant in Bonifacio Global City. Behind the famous club The Palace Pool Club, is a restaurant that serves breakfast food at night. Interesting huh? After partying, there is a place where hangovers and hunger can be nursed. Open Table Restaurant – Scout Lazcano, Quezon City

It’s not very often when I, Mr. Eats, EATSperience something without my wife and baby. It’s also not very often when I go all the way to Quezon City just to EATSperience something new. Well, in this edition of EATSplorations it is not like one of those days when my wife and baby are not with me. Because I will be sharing an EATSperience that I went to on my own, and it’s in an area called Scout Lazcano in Quezon City. Thank God for the ASEAN break, I was able to travel from our place to Quezon City in just 30 minutes during lunch time. It’s a miracle, right? I was really pretty happy with the travel time that I experienced because I was looking forward to having a great time eating with friends in a restaurant that I have never tried before. And that restaurant is Open Table Restaurant at Scout Lazcano in Quezon City. If you are familiar with Capitol Medical Center, Open Table Restaurant is located just around a hundred meters away and is in a commercial area called 2 Lazcano. Open Table Restaurant serves up American food like ribs, burgers, and sandwiches, just to name a few. Freezer Burn – Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

As you all know, living in the Philippines can get scorching hot at times. It’s a place that can make anyone feel as if they live just a few kilometers away from the sun. Because of this, Filipinos and people who live in the Philippines love all sorts cold desserts like the famous Filipino favorite, Halo-Halo. Aside from that colorful dessert creation, Filipinos also love ICE CREAM. Lots and lots of it. Different colors and different flavors. The more, the merrier. Recently, we were able to try out one of the newest ice cream parlors in town, Freezer Burn, in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Freezer Burn is the brainchild of young Filipino chefs, Miko Aspiras and Kristine Lotilla. The same duo that brought us the cookie haven, Scout’s Honor at Hole in the Wall. Knowing how big Scout’s Honor has gotten, Freezer Burn looks like a promising place to literally chill out and enjoy a few scoops of their unique ice cream flavors and composed desserts.
