New Dishes at Alegria Cozinha Moderna & Sangria Bar

It has been almost two years since Alegria Cozinha Moderna & Sangria Bar opened. Almost two years of amazing modern Latin eats and sangria for the ever so hungry and thirsty BGC crowd. Almost two years have passed and Alegria is still one of the go-to restaurants in BGC! What have they been doing right? Is there a secret ingredient in Alegria’s success? Well, in our opinion, one major ingredient to their success is their very own chef, Chef Charles Montañez! The young, quirky, and really creative chef behind Alegria’s modern Latin dishes. And now, he has something new to offer! In this edition of EATSplorations, we will be sharing about the lineup of New Dishes at Alegria Cozinha Moderna & Sangria Bar that will surely excite old and new patrons! [Seattle’s Best Coffee] Anina Rubio gives SBC in BGC a Fresh New Look

There has always been an intrinsic connection between art and coffee often. Coffee, just like art, is a stimulant—it perks up the senses and refreshes the mind. Art, just like coffee, offers a great way to “start fresh,” whether it’s an inspiring song that’s heard first thing in the morning or a vibrant painting that lifts us out of the doldrums in the middle of a tough week. [BGC EATS] Friends & Family – Bonifacio High Street Central

Recently, I, Mr. Eats, was able to try out one of Bonifacio Global City’s newest restaurants, Friends & Family. Some of you might have already tried it out, but well yes, it was my first time. However, even though it was my very first time to dine there, all the flavors from the various dishes that I tried reminded me about so many good memories. It was truly a one of a kind nostalgic EATSperience. I think a lot of you will be able to relate with me on this. You know, that Pinoy barbecue stall from years ago that made you want to go out of the house each and every afternoon or that Pinoy-style spaghetti that you would always ask your mom to make for birthdays and special occasions. There are still days when I would crave for those because those dishes bring a lot of great memories from several years back. That is why, in this edition of EATSplorations, I will be sharing about my very memorable EATSperience at Friends & Family in Bonifacio High Street Central. Take a trip down food memory lane with me, let’s go! Continue reading…

Tsuta Ramen – BGC

We have been in love with Japanese food for quite a long time now and we were able to EATSperience a number of really good Japanese restaurants already. We would also catch ourselves craving for something Japanese most of the time. Sushi, Sashimi, Tempura, Kushiyaki, and so much more. Included in our list of Japanese food cravings is a hot bowl of ramen! All three of us, yes, Baby Eats included, love ramen. And we are always up for trying out new ramen places around the metro. Well, maybe it’s not just us who are into looking for new ramen places, most likely a lot of other Filipino diners too. Because Pinoys nowadays are into the ramen craze. In one of our recent EATSperiences, we tried out a Michelin-starred ramen restaurant that we found in Bonifacio High Street. So ramen-lovers and Japanese food enthusiasts (well, if you clicked our link, then you must be one! :D), join us as we share about our Tsuta Ramen-BGC EATSperience! Enjoy! Continue reading…
