[Quezon City EATS] Inasal Food Trip at Bacolod Chicken Parilla

Quezon City is faraway from where we live and we seldom go there because of how heavy the traffic is going to and fro. However, Quezon City is also home to numerous food finds that are only available there. If you noticed, a lot of our recent EATSperiences were from Quezon City and yes, even though it’s far from where we live, there are still some restaurants that are worth the heavy traffic and travel time. In this edition of EATSplorations, I, Mr. Eats, will be sharing about an eatery that I have seen so much on social media because of their Chicken Inasal. In case it’s your first time to hear about Chicken Inasal, it’s a famous grilled chicken dish from the Visayas especially in Iloilo and Bacolod. It’s very tasty and satisfying especially when eaten with lots of chicken oil and condiments like soy sauce, chili, and calamansi. Join me as I share with you my recent Quezon City EATS, Inasal Food Trip at Bacolod Chicken Parilla! Kaon ta! Continue reading…

[BGC EATS] Friends & Family – Bonifacio High Street Central

Recently, I, Mr. Eats, was able to try out one of Bonifacio Global City’s newest restaurants, Friends & Family. Some of you might have already tried it out, but well yes, it was my first time. However, even though it was my very first time to dine there, all the flavors from the various dishes that I tried reminded me about so many good memories. It was truly a one of a kind nostalgic EATSperience. I think a lot of you will be able to relate with me on this. You know, that Pinoy barbecue stall from years ago that made you want to go out of the house each and every afternoon or that Pinoy-style spaghetti that you would always ask your mom to make for birthdays and special occasions. There are still days when I would crave for those because those dishes bring a lot of great memories from several years back. That is why, in this edition of EATSplorations, I will be sharing about my very memorable EATSperience at Friends & Family in Bonifacio High Street Central. Take a trip down food memory lane with me, let’s go! Continue reading…
