Our Not-So-Little-One, eating by herself! It was great seeing her have so much fun, be so sociable, and be very independent that day at The Cookout.

After all the fun stuff that kids can do, we will be sharing about all the things that adults can enjoy at The Cookout! The first thing is this spread of grilled meat and seafood skewers which is exclusively available only during weekends at The Cookout. Diners can pick as many skewers of pork, beef, and seafood as they like and the chefs at Circles will grill it and serve it fresh off the grill!

One of the best things to get from Circles’ Grilled Skewers Spread is the BBQ Beef Short Ribs! If you are a meat-lover, you will surely enjoy these bad boys!

Salmon Belly! We love love love Salmon Belly because it has the perfect ratio of meat and fat. We probably got 6 skewers of this beautiful thing because it was just so good!

Shrimps, Pork BBQ, and Salmon Belly, take your pick!

After munching on the grilled skewers, it was time for us to visit one of the best stations at Circles, The Carving Station! During our EATSperience at The Cookout, there were three kinds of roasted meat, Roasted Pork Belly, Roasted Leg of Lamb, and Roasted Prime Rib. Our favorite was, of course, the Prime Rib!

Perfectly roasted Prime Rib! It was really tender, seasoned beautifully, cooked just right at medium rare, and the fat content was just divine. We confess we had to go for seconds and even thirds on this one. It was simply too good!

We never ever leave a buffet EATSperience at Circles without having a few pieces of their super fresh Sushi and Sashimi!
