Since its arrival in Manila late 2016, Mighty Quinn’s Philippines has been creating a buzz because of their signature slow smoked barbecue. Because of that, it has been in our eat list for almost two years now. However, its first location has been quite a challenge for us to go to. Thankfully, this year, the owners of Mighy Quinn’s Philippines decided to open its second branch. This time, it’s more accessible to us. We can finally try what they are famous for. Last month, in one of our many reunions with friends, we were able to try out one of SM Aura’s not-so-hidden gem, Providore. It was such a delightful surprise to us on how good the food was and that we haven’t had the chance to try it before. We were really happy with what we had. Our friends were pretty impressed, too. That’s why we decided to return, just our tiny family this time, to have another crack at the dishes that we loved and to feature it here in our blog.
