If you are into UNLIMITED fresh off the grill food, you will surely love this EATSperience! All throughout the month of February 2017, you can enjoy Weekend BBQ Delight at Crimson Hotel Filinvest City. This lovely hotel down South of Manila fires up the grill for its patrons to savor unlimited food from the grill and local bottles of beer at The Deck Bar, alongside its picturesque pool. The Weekend BBQ Delight is available every Friday from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and every Saturday from 11:00am to 9:00pm for only Php 899++ per person. Pretty affordable, right? The all-you-can-eat bbq features unlitimed supply of bbq chicken, pork loin, pork and herb sausage, rock lobster, prawns, New Zealand mussels, salads, sides, dessert, and local beers. The deck of Crimson Hotel Filinvest City looks mighty fine! It is indeed the perfect spot for an evening of endless eating and drinking. You will surely enjoy a relaxing dinner because of its lovely ambiance, cold and breezy dining area, and lounge singers. Perfect for big-group dining and romantic dinners.
At the Weekend BBQ Delight, you may simply choose what kind of grilled meat and seafood you would like to have. Make sure you don’t get too much on your first serving, remember that the food is unlimited which means you can return for seconds, thirds, fourths and so on. For us, we went straight to the prawns, rock lobster, mussels, pork loin, and pork and herb sausage. Two full plates of grilled goodness! After waiting for a few minutes, you may claim your orders or simply ask the servers to bring it to your table.

A mixture of seafood and meat! That’s what this barbecue feast is all about. Crimson Hotel’s Executive Chef Martin Bower makes sure that everything that they serve is of premium quality. No shortcuts allowed, just a premium barbecue EATSperience!
We were so happy savoring all the grilled food that we got! Props to the cooks in-charge of the grill for perfectly grilling all the seafood and meat. Everything was just right! Juicy and super tender barbecue for the win indeed. Our favorites from this EATSperience were: New Zealand Mussels, Rock Lobster, and Pork Loin. Why? Because the mussels were plump, juicy, and really really fresh! The Rock Lobster was cooked to perfection too. It was so easy taking its sweet and juicy flesh out. The pork loin’s marinade and sauce was superb! It seemed like a plain piece of meat at first, but once we took our first bite, we fell in love.
If you have been waiting for a sign, this post is the one! Even though the trip to Filinvest City was long and tiring, it was made worth it because of the Weekend BBQ Delight by Crimson Hotel. We were pleasantly surprised on how awesome everything tasted and how beautiful the hotel was. They surely gave us a great first impression and EATSperience. We highly recommend trying this unlimited bbq feast at least once. Then, you can decide to come back for more if you enjoyed your EATSperience. Before we forget, don’t sleep on the dessert especially the rich chocolate cake and smooth chocolate mousse. Simply delicious! Thanks to Crimson Hotel for having us!
