UP Town Center is not our usual go to mall whenever we go out. As it is really far from where we live. So whenever we visit this place, we make sure that we dine at a restaurant that we do not normally see around the malls or establishments that we are used to. In this edition of EATSplorations, we will be sharing with you our UP Town Center visit a few weeks back. We tried out a restaurant that has a food concept that we have been wanting to try for the longest time. Fried food and smoked meats! Join us as we talk about our Fat Daddy’s Smokehouse- UP Town Center EATSperience! Enjoy!

One of the recommended starters in Fat Daddy’s. We are not big fans of liver but we found this interesting. Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside. And with 2 kinds of dip, this Buttermilk Fried Livers can be a good starter or it can be good for snackin’.

Travelling up North will always be worth it if we try something new that we really liked. And our 4th visit at UP Town Center was made worth it by Fat Daddy’s Smokehouse. All of our meat cravings was satisfied in one dining EATSperience. We loved the Smoked Meat Platter, and the Hot Pork Poppers. Their sauces were really good too! It is advisable that you dine here with friends or family, so that you can try out their platter together with the other recommended dishes. They also have good desserts and milkshakes that is worth trying. Another North EATSperience for us three. That’s it for this edition of EATSplorations, until next time!
