Dim Sum Nights at Shang Palace – Makati Shangri-La

Want some Dim Sum? To those of you who are not yet familiar with what dim sum is, here’s a bit of a background information about it: “Dim sum is a popularly known authentic Cantonese dish prepared as small bite-sized portions of food served in small steamer baskets or on small plates. It is also a tradition for the elderly to gather to eat dim sum after morning exercises.” Well, as you just read, it’s a tradition to have dim sum in the morning but for us and maybe for a great number of people, dim sum is for any meal of the day, right? Our last two visits to this hotel was pretty good that’s why we were extremely excited to visit for the third time.
