Recently we had a dinner feast with our KTG family at one of the known Chinese restaurants in Makati City. This restaurant is a part of the Hong Kong based food group Maxim’s Caterers Ltd., that made its comeback to the food scene 2 years ago. To those of you who are not yet familiar with what dim sum is, here’s a bit of a background information about it: “Dim sum is a popularly known authentic Cantonese dish prepared as small bite-sized portions of food served in small steamer baskets or on small plates. Chinese New Year Feast at Red Lantern – Solaire
EATSplorations has given us a lot of firsts. It’s been a great 7 months here in Manila so far, as we have gone to different restaurants that we have not tried before. And we also have tried a number of dishes that were new to us. Lots of fun, food, and friendships through out our various EATSperiences.
