Thanks to the Excello Restaurant Management Group, this famous Korean restaurant from California is finally in town to let us EATSperience their top-of-the-line and premium all-you-can-eat meats and seafood. Dim Sum Nights at Shang Palace – Makati Shangri-La
Want some Dim Sum? To those of you who are not yet familiar with what dim sum is, here’s a bit of a background information about it: “Dim sum is a popularly known authentic Cantonese dish prepared as small bite-sized portions of food served in small steamer baskets or on small plates. It is also a tradition for the elderly to gather to eat dim sum after morning exercises.” Well, as you just read, it’s a tradition to have dim sum in the morning but for us and maybe for a great number of people, dim sum is for any meal of the day, right? Our last two visits to this hotel was pretty good that’s why we were extremely excited to visit for the third time. Spanish Cuisine at La Tienda – Makati
Since that memorable EATSperience of ours at the Spanish Food Festival at the Diamond Hotel, we have been looking around on where to try other authentic Spanish dishes. Also, we have been looking for that authentic Spanish tavern atmosphere to have a really complete EATSperience. Good for us, we didn’t have to look so far because just around Makati’s Bel-Air area there’s a Spanish restaurant that has been there for 30 years. Well, it’s safe to say that it has already been an institution for Spanish cuisine and yes, it took us a long long time to finally eat there for the first time.
