It has had this reputation for years already and people who go here seem like they are always satisfied. In our 3rd year back here in Manila, we have not explored much of this area still. And we have friends who have been recommending this food haven to Japanese food-lovers like us. One of the most sought after, jam-packed and busiest restaurant in Little Tokyo is Izakaya Kikufuji. Chibo Okonomiyaki in Conrad, S Maison is one of the many restaurants that we have tried the past year. It is one of the few that we keep coming back to because of we really enjoy their food. Although we are near S Maison, we wishfully thought of Chibo Okonomiyaki having other branches so that people from other parts of the Metro will be able to try this Osaka-based franchise. In this edition of EATSplorations, we will be sharing about a new branch of Chibo Okonomiyaki that opened early this year. Right in the middle of the CBD in Ortigas, Chibo Okonomiyaki opened its doors in Podium. Perfect for people who are working around the area and for families, students, and friends who are frequently visiting the mall. Tsuta Ramen – BGC
We have been in love with Japanese food for quite a long time now and we were able to EATSperience a number of really good Japanese restaurants already. We would also catch ourselves craving for something Japanese most of the time. Sushi, Sashimi, Tempura, Kushiyaki, and so much more. Included in our list of Japanese food cravings is a hot bowl of ramen! All three of us, yes, Baby Eats included, love ramen. And we are always up for trying out new ramen places around the metro. Well, maybe it’s not just us who are into looking for new ramen places, most likely a lot of other Filipino diners too. Because Pinoys nowadays are into the ramen craze. In one of our recent EATSperiences, we tried out a Michelin-starred ramen restaurant that we found in Bonifacio High Street.
