Chibo Okonomiyaki in Conrad, S Maison is one of the many restaurants that we have tried the past year. It is one of the few that we keep coming back to because of we really enjoy their food. Although we are near S Maison, we wishfully thought of Chibo Okonomiyaki having other branches so that people from other parts of the Metro will be able to try this Osaka-based franchise. In this edition of EATSplorations, we will be sharing about a new branch of Chibo Okonomiyaki that opened early this year. Right in the middle of the CBD in Ortigas, Chibo Okonomiyaki opened its doors in Podium. Perfect for people who are working around the area and for families, students, and friends who are frequently visiting the mall. We’ve always had a perception that Japanese food is a work of art. As we’ve seen Japanese chefs exhibit passion by delicately making different dishes, which makes it so interesting to eat and to learn about Japanese food. 2 Saturdays ago, we were in The Choice Awards event at SMX convention center. After having an eventful afternoon, our tummies started to grumble and good thing our friends were hungry too. So we decided to have dinner at a nearby restaurant.
