[City of Dreams Manila] Chinese Cuisine at Jing Ting

As you all know, Chinese cuisine will always be close to our hearts especially to our tummies. We usually have it during family gatherings, random lunch or dinner cravings, or even for take-outs and home delivery. That’s how accustomed we are to Chinese food. However, we know that Chinese cuisine varies from one province to another. And we are so used to having Cantonese food, and Northern Chinese food is something that we have not explored much yet. Not until we discovered a restaurant that introduced us to Northern Chinese Cuisine. In this edition of EATSplorations we will be sharing about Jing Ting at City of Dreams Manila. Jing Ting means little house or resting place inspired from Chinese Hutongs, which are small areas found in China (specifically in Beijing). In just a few days, we will be celebrating the Chinese New Year! It will be the Year of the Fire Rooster. Just in time for this momentous event, the EATSplorations family together with foodie friends went on a Binondo Food Walk to EAT and EXPLORE Manila Chinatown. Yes, you read that right! We walked around the busy streets of Ongpin, Salazar, Benavidez, Soler, Alonzo, and back just to find some of the best food that Binondo has to offer.
