EATStaycation at The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences

It has been an EATStaycation filled last few weeks for us. We’ve been staying at different hotels and serviced residences, and of course, we’re loving it! It’s always great to have a relaxing weekend elsewhere and just chill and eat all day. In this edition of EATSplorations, we will be sharing our most recent EATStaycation at one of the well-known serviced residences in the Salcedo Village neighborhood, in Makati City. We love love love the Salcedo Village neighborhood because everything is just walking distance and it’s also such a safe area to walk around in. [Raffles Makati] Sunday Brunch at Mireio

Sunday is that day of the week where people usually spend quality time with their loved ones. It is also that day of the week most people would love to slow down and relax. Just last week, we were treated to a fine selection of Argentine meats at Sage Bespoke Grill in Makati Shangri-La. It was also no coincidence that he hails from the same country where the meat is from and where they take it very seriously. [Makati EATS] Swiss Delights at Old Swiss Inn

There’s always a first time for everything, right? Well, this EATSperience of mine is a first. My first time dining in a Swiss restaurant that has been really famous for so many years now. It was like a “Where have you been?” moment for me, hehe! I was really thinking why my wife and I haven’t dined here before. Thanks to our friends from the Kain Tulog Gang, I was given a chance to discover this famous restaurant that serves authentic Swiss and European cuisine. [New World Makati] Chinese Feast at Jasmine

Chinese cuisine is and will always be one of my favorites. It’s neck and neck with Filipino and Japanese cuisines, respectively. Chinese dishes has been a great part of me growing up in Chinatown. I had lots of it from different restaurants, eateries, food stalls. It just tastes like home. Now, living 30 minutes to an hour away from all the tasty stuff, I make sure that my family and I still get to EATSperience good Chinese food every once in a while through trips downtown or even just eating at Cantonese restaurants.
