[Shore Residences] One Pot Chinese Hotpot

I love love love HOTPOT! It’s one of my favorites after a long and tiring day. I just love the comfort it gives me in every single slurp of its hot hot broth. I love hotpot but I have never tried it the Szechuan way. Since the Szechuan-style of Chinese cooking is known for being spicy, I have always been afraid to try it because I am not really a spicy food type of guy. Thanks to one of my friends, I finally had the courage and hunger (haha) to try some spicy hotpot. That’s why in this edition of EATSplorations, I will be sharing with you about my very first EATSperience of Szechuan-style hotpot! Chinese Food at DaTang in Venice Grand Canal Mall

Chinese food has always been one of our favorites! It’s one of three cuisines that we always look forward to having whenever we decide to eat out. Because of that, we already have our own go-to Chinese restaurants in mind like North Park, Mann Hann, Luk Yuen, Le Ching, Wai Ying, and so much more. However, there are still so much more here in Metro Manila that we haven’t even tried yet.
