[Shore Residences] One Pot Chinese Hotpot

I love love love HOTPOT! It’s one of my favorites after a long and tiring day. I just love the comfort it gives me in every single slurp of its hot hot broth. I love hotpot but I have never tried it the Szechuan way. Since the Szechuan-style of Chinese cooking is known for being spicy, I have always been afraid to try it because I am not really a spicy food type of guy. Thanks to one of my friends, I finally had the courage and hunger (haha) to try some spicy hotpot. That’s why in this edition of EATSplorations, I will be sharing with you about my very first EATSperience of Szechuan-style hotpot! My first-ever spicy hotpot EATSperience was at the newly opened One Pot Chinese Hotpot at Shore Residences in the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City. In a span of almost 3 years of being back here in Manila, the restaurant scene has grown a lot. People who love to eat have more options. However, not all diners are willing to spend for a certain amount for food, while some are willing to go overboard. It would really depend on the diners’ preference.
