Duck & Co. – San Fernando, Pampanga

Will you travel for food? Because I will. Why? Well, traveling already has its own perks. New experiences, meeting new people, trying out something new and many more. Traveling also include lots and lots of food. I have had a great number of EATSperiences during a vacation or even a weekend out of town. Last Saturday was no different. Lot 77 Bar & Cafe – Pampanga

There’s always a first time for everything! This past Saturday was my first time to EATSperience the food scene in the province of Pampanga in the Philippines’ Central Luzon region. I had to go alone because Mrs. Eats already had some plans that Saturday. Anyways, thanks to a good friend ours, Alexis Deocaris of ForkSpoonManila and some new found friends in Pampanga for the invite. I was able to EATsperience what some restaurants in the province has to offer. I have always wanted to join a culinary adventure in Pampanga. Why? Because it is known as the “Culinary Capital of the Philippines” wherein dishes like Sisig, Morcon, Lengua, Caldereta, Biringyi and many more were made famous. Good and enough reason, right? Chili’s – Greenbelt 5, Makati

Eating out has always been one of our common interests since we became a couple. We go out to eat every weekend and sometimes even on weeknights. Last Saturday was not different but more special. Aside from eating out, we also celebrated Mrs. Eats’ birthday and Baby Eats’ 6th month. At first, we couldn’t figure out where to dine because we wanted to try something and also have something that we have been craving for a long time. Can you guess what we chose? Well, we had the latter. We chose Chili’s! Why? Chili’s is a restaurant where we usually eat loads of comfort food and just simply have a great time. It’s regarded as one of the healthiest products in the world because of its high nutritional value. Aside from being healthy and natural, its distinct yogurt taste, decadentย sauces, and fresh and highly irresistible toppings easily made us crave for more. As big llao llao fans when we were in Jakarta, we had it almost every single Sunday after taking lengthy strolls around our favorite mall.
