Long weekends are usually spent for staying home to rest, flying out of the country, or going on road trips. The long weekend last February, we did the latter. [Shore Residences] One Pot Chinese Hotpot
I love love love HOTPOT! It’s one of my favorites after a long and tiring day. I just love the comfort it gives me in every single slurp of its hot hot broth. I love hotpot but I have never tried it the Szechuan way. Since the Szechuan-style of Chinese cooking is known for being spicy, I have always been afraid to try it because I am not really a spicy food type of guy. Thanks to one of my friends, I finally had the courage and hunger (haha) to try some spicy hotpot.
