[NEW MENU] Canton Road – Shangri-La Fort Manila

Manila – To celebrate the restaurant’s first year anniversary, Canton Road launches new flavors and fare beginning July 12, 2017. A year after its opening, the restaurant introduces several signature dishes sure to entice the palate of its diners. The fare is representative of the various provinces in China: Canton, Fujian, Sichuan and Huaiyang. Ingredients like local yam, crispy chili flakes and bourbon whisky bring a unique twist and flavor to the dishes. “People always want something fresh and new to try. For a restaurant to be successful, it is important that we as chefs listen to what our diners have to say.
