8 Must-Try Restaurants in Pampanga

Hello, everyone! It’s been a long long time since I, Mr. Eats, had the motivation and energy to write about something. 2019 flew by so fast and a lot of things had happened. I got lazy taking photos, attending events, and going places. I just realized that I had enough of that. Now that it’s 2020, I will really try my best to produce more content in here and in our social media accounts. In this edition of EATSplorations, I will be sharing one amazing EATSperience that I had back in October 2019 with my friends from Discover MNL, Cebu Pacific, and Aisela Travel. To cut the long story short, I tagged along during one of the Discover Travel Series trips and lucky enough for me, it was in PAMPANGA! Yes, Pampanga, The Culinary Capital of the Philippines. That’s why I decided to come up with this blog post, 8 Must-Try Restaurants in Pampanga! Of course, I personally tried these 8 restaurants and each has its own magic. If you haven’t tried these 8 restaurants yet, hopefully, this EATSperience of mine will encourage you to visit Pampanga to EATSperience them, too! Continue reading…

Salvatore Cuomo Cafe at The Podium Mall

Ortigas area is a place that we rarely visit. Because aside from it is far from us, this part of the city is notoriously known for the endless traffic jam you can get yourself into. Although we rarely visit this area, we brave the traffic once we find something that can be worth going to. Having said that, have you been to the new Podium Mall? Well, for us, we’ve been there maybe around 3-4 times since it re-opened and we absolutely love it! We find it bigger than the old one, we are quite amazed at the number of restaurants that have opened and will open there. In one of our most recent visits there, we had the privilege of dining at one of the newest concepts of the famous Italian-Japanese chef, Chef Salvatore Cuomo. Franchised by the Chili’s Group, Salvatore Cuomo is known to be one of the popular Italian restaurants in BGC. And just early this year, Chef Salvatore launched his new baby at The Podium Mall.  Read on to find out about this new addition to the Chili’s Group and Chef Salvatore’s new baby—Salvatore Cuomo Cafe at The Podium Mall! Enjoy! Continue reading…

Bay Area Eats at Milagritos – TRYP by Wyndham

The SM Mall of Asia Complex right at the Manila Bay area of Pasay City never runs out of good food choices. It is home to hundreds or even maybe thousands of restaurants that serve Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Mexican, American, Italian, and so on. This edition of EATSplorations is about one of them! It was a rainy Saturday morning when we made our way to one of the hotels in the Mall of Asia complex. We were really hungry, thanks to the traffic jam near our area caused by a number of flooded streets. Good thing, after almost an hour and a half, we finally arrived at TRYP by Wyndham! There we were able to try out some awesome Bay Area Eats at Milagritos – TRYP by Wyndham‘s in-house restaurant. We didn’t really know what to expect when we arrived, but when the food started coming to our table, our gloomy Saturday started to look good. Keep on reading to find out what we tried at Milagritos in TRYP by Wyndham! Continue reading…
