[Dream Cruises] 5 Nights on board the World Dream

To take a little break from all of our food-related posts, I will be sharing about my Dream Cruises EATSperience last month! In the first week of June, I was fortunate enough to have been invited to go and EATSperience 5 Nights on board the World Dream by Dream Cruises. This 5-night cruise trip starts off in Hong Kong and travels all the way to Okinawa, Japan and back to Hong Kong again. In case you didn’t know about it yet, Dream Cruises is under the Genting Group together with Star Cruises and Crystal Cruises. Dream Cruises has a total of 3 cruise ships under its brand, the Explorer Dream, the Genting Dream, and the World Dream. All three ships have different routes and cater to different clienteles. Since I went on board the World Dream, I was able to visit Naha and Miyakojima in Okinawa, Japan with mostly Chinese and Southeast Asian guests. [NEW Makati EATS] TKB by Tanduay – PNB Building, Ayala Avenue

Makati City is packed with so many drinking and dining places. In and around the Ayala Center alone, there is probably hundreds or maybe even thousands of restaurants, cafes, and eateries of some sort. A lot of classic restaurants have been in the area for many many years and there are also a lot of interesting new ones. In this edition of EATSplorations, I, Mr. Eats, will be sharing about my EATSperience in a NEW Makati EATS spot located right along the always bustling Ayala Avenue. This new restaurant is called TKB by Tanduay at the PNB Building along Ayala Avenue in Makati! TKB is probably the newest restaurant in Makati and in Metro Manila. Tapas and More at Bar Pintxos – Salcedo, Makati

I have never been a fan of Tapas and Pintxos before. Bite-sized snacks and small plates. I always thought that I won’t be satisfied by food in the smallest of servings and that changed in this EATSperience. Thanks to my Bar Pintxos EATSperience, I am now a huge fan of Tapas, Pintxos, and a whole lot more Spanish food! Because of this EATSperience, I have come to realize that Tapas and Pintxos are pretty tasty and absolutely filling, too. Menya Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba at Uptown Mall – BGC

Noodle fans all over the Metro, we have an announcement to make! THERE’S A NEW NOODLE PLACE IN TOWN! We repeat, there’s a new noodle place in town! Just a couple of days ago, we were able to try out one of the most famous soba (noodle) places from Tokyo and we would like to share about it in this edition of EATSplorations. This soba place is called Menya Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba at Uptown Mall in BGC! Menya Kokoro is known for its amazing Mazesoba. Just in case you don’t know about what Mazesoba means, “Maze” means mix and “Soba” means noodles so in direct translation “Mazesoba” means mix noodles. Mazesoba is also not your ordinary Japanese noodles because it is like ramen but without broth. However, it has its own special sauce and signature ingredients that will surely blow you away.
