The Beef and Tomato Ramen looks good but does it taste good? We believe it’s the most Filipino-friendly ramen creation that Tokyo Tokyo has created. As Filipinos, we love anything with tomato sauce, and it reminded us of Pinoy dishes with tomato-based sauces. Did it work? For us, it did! Sweet, tangy, savory, and a little spicy because of the Japanese chili powder. It kind of reminded us of rainy nights where we had sweet and tangy tomato-based soups. A little strange at first but it really works. Tasty, filling, and really comforting as what ramen should really be. Don’t expect it to taste like authentic ramen. Again, Tokyo Tokyo made this innovation to remind us, Filipinos, of dishes that are not just delicious but also very comforting especially during the rainy season.
The Beef and Tomato Ramen by Tokyo Tokyo! Make sure to try it out and don’t forget to share with us your very own #RamenWeather EATSperience.
