[EXPLORE] 1st Time in Bohol with Baby Beanie

Hello everyone! We just had a short break from work a few weeks back. It was a much needed holiday for us since September, for us teachers, is really crazy busy. And, it was really special because it’s our first official beach trip as a family. We really wanted this trip to be as chill and as relaxing as possible that’s why we decided to plan a 4-day and 3-night trip to Bohol. As a couple, we both love the beach and we consider Bohol to be one of our favorite islands in the Philippines. We never get tired of Bohol’s white sand beaches, lovely people, amazing sights, and many more. Our love for Bohol just keeps growing everytime we visit. Boodle Fight at Isdaan Floating Restaurant – Gerona, Tarlac

In our recent road trip post, we have shared our EATSperience and our stay at a famous hotel in Tarlac. And on our second day, before heading back to Manila from La Maja Rica Hotel, we had a bountiful stop over at the famous Isdaan Floating Restaurant. We have experienced this restaurant twice during our road trip. First was when we had a dinner feast in their newest branch, Isdaan Floating Restaurant – Talavera. And the second was when we had lunch in their first branch in Gerona, Tarlac. [EXPLORE] Isdaan Floating Restaurant – Talavera, Nueva Ecija

Last week, we had the chance to spend the long weekend with our friends. A long weekend that resulted to a road trip to Nueva Ecija and Tarlac to visit Isdaan Floating Restaurant. Isdaan has become one of the most famous Filipino restaurants in Luzon since it’s inception around 15 plus years ago. It has been a long time since we last had a feast in Isdaan that’s why we were really excited when we found out that we will be going there. Years ago, a few of our fondest road trips ended with a feast at the first and only Isdaan in Gerona, Tarlac. Fast forward to now, Isdaan already has three branches, Tarlac, Laguna, and Nueva Ecija. Restoran Wong Ah Wah – Jalan Alor, Kuala Lumpur

Just over a week ago, I went to Malaysia with friends for the very first time. It was a short 3 days and 2 nights trip that was mostly about Kuala Lumpur’s amazing mix of Malay and Chinese food. In this edition of EATSplorations, I will be sharing with you about one famous restaurant in the bustling food and shopping district of Bukit Bintang, Restoran Wong Ah Wah in Jalan Alor. Wong Ah Wah, or WAW in short, is a Chinese restaurant that’s famous for their roasted chicken wings among many other tasty dishes. Well, my friends I initially looked for Wong Ah Wah just for the chicken wings but ended up ordering a feast for four.
