Hello people of BGC! A new restaurant / bar is now officially open to satisfy all your lunch time and after work cravings. Say hello to Mimi & Bros at Crossroads, BGC! Mimi & Bros is one of the newest restaurants in BGC and it is home to some of the Metro’s tastiest Fried Chicken and Ribs paired with their endless list of alcoholic drinks. Before we go any further, why Mimi & Bros? Well, it’s because the restaurant was conceptualized literally by Mimi and her brothers. It was like a gift to Mimi, who is a hardworking CEO at the age of 25, from her brothers. They decided to put up the restaurant for Mimi because she wasn’t able to enjoy house parties (which they really had a lot of) since she was way younger than her siblings. Keep on reading to find out more about Mimi & Bros, enjoy!
Mimi & Bros – Crossroads, BGC!
Located at Crossroads in BGC, Mimi & Bros has been patterned after the walk up bars in L.A. with immediate streetside access. Because of that, diners can enjoy the afternoon and evening breeze while devouring tasty dishes. The place was designed with splashes of green and sliding doors to mimic their family’s veranda, where the parties with family, friends, and strangers take place.
Behind every restaurant is a group of talented and hardworking people, Mimi & Bros is lead by Mica Tan (Mimi), a full time CEO; and her Brothers who are foodies and restaupreneurs. The man behind the Chicken and Ribs is Chef Edward Bugia. Chef Ed is chef-owner of well-known restaurants like Pino, Pipino, BRGR: The Burger Project, Pi: Breakfast and Pies, and Backyard Kitchen + Brew. He brings his specialty to the table—Mimi’s Fried Chicken. That is probably one of the best fried chicken in town.
Let’s EAT!
Nachos, Chicken Pizza, Ribs, Chops, and FRIED CHICKEN! If those didn’t excite you, we don’t know what will. Chef Ed and his team has prepared a great line-up of dishes that can be perfectly paired with their house made sauces and drinks. We hope you are hungry because the dishes that we will be talking about will surely fill you up.

Freshly made nacho chips topped with fluffy scrambled eggs, cheese, and many more! Creamy, crunchy, and really tasty. This one’s an appetizer that you shouldn’t miss.

Thick fried chicken fillet with lots of cheese and toppings! Yes, yes, and yes! For only 265 pesos, this is such a great treat for the whole barkada. Good stuff!

Super tender and juicy shortribs! This is one of the items of the menu that you can use Mimi & Bros’ house made sauces. However, it is already extremely delicious on its own but if you still want to try pairing it with one of their sauces, try it with the Mango Jalapeno or the Rootbeer BBQ.

Php 425
Pork on pork goodness! The pork chop’s tenderness was out of this world and the crunch from its chicharon crust was heavenly. Definitely a must try for all the pork-lovers out there!

Php 695 half / Php 1,195 full
This bbq pork ribs by Mimi & Bros may look strange on the menu but once you’ve tried it, it will make you think why haven’t you had it before! This beautiful rack of ribs is one of the many dishes here that’s great for sharing … or not!

Php 255 quarter / Php 425 half / Php 685 whole
Classic home-style fried chicken! Chef Ed really has some magic up his sleeve with this lovely fried chicken. Super crispy skin and light breading, really juicy meat, and not greasy at all! The gravy was also magically homey. If you want to try something else with your fried chicken, drizzle some of Mimi & Bros’ honey chili sauce for that sweet, savory, and spicy love.
