[EATIGO] Uma Uma EATSperience at 50% Less

Once the calendar hits December, people start to get busy. As the most wonderful time of the year is fast approaching. It is also the season to shop for gifts and to spend for potlucks and gatherings. And as we feel the Christmas rush,  we find ourselves moving towards the practical side when it comes to eating out. Good thing Eatigo has always been an option for us to find good discounts from good restaurants. Just this weekend, while we planned to spend our Sunday in Conrad, we found a 50% off our bill in Uma Uma. Since we have not been there before, we thought of giving it a try and avail of the discount. In this edition of EATSplorations, we will be sharing with you our Uma Uma EATSperience at 50% less with Eatigo. Enjoy!

Uma Uma at S Maison, Conrad Manila!

Located on the 2nd floor of S Maison in Conrad Manila, Uma Uma is one of the many restaurants here. Uma Uma is a Japanese restaurant franchise that boasts about their 100% MSG free ramen and ramen broth that is tasty and rich in umami. Perfect for casual dining, Uma Uma is for couples, families and friends who are up for a comforting bowl of ramen.

All these food items at 50% less, thanks to EATIGO!

Since the concept of Uma Uma here is more of an Izakaya-ramenya style, their menu is just simple. They offer different types of ramen, side dishes, yakitori and some signature cocktails.

Side Dishes at Uma Uma!

One-Bite Gyoza
Php 180

These tiny pieces of gyoza can easily be eaten by just popping the whole piece in the mouth. It may be small in size but it is really tasty.

Chicken Karaage
Php 240

We always go for chicken karaage as one of our side dishes when having ramen. And Uma Uma’s chicken karaage has that perfectly fried chicken without being greasy. The Japanese mayo and chili powder made it even better.

Yaki Chasiu
Php 160

We instantly fell in love with the Yaki Chasiu! Tender and melt-in-your-mouth slices of chasiu with that char-grilled flavor, cooked in a very well-balanced sweet sauce. If we didn’t have other dishes, we could have easily ordered another serving of this. It was that good!

Uma Uma’s Famous Ramen!

Tonkotsu Ramen
Php 390

Rich and tasty broth with loads of tonkatsu that made it even more flavorful. Imagine the Yaki Chasiu in thicker slices and cut in cubes, that’s what was in this ramen bowl. Every slurp of the soup and bite out of this Hakata-style ramen was pure comfort.

Uma Uma Ramen
Php 360

The Uma Uma ramen had an even richer and creamier broth. With thin slices of chasiu, egg, spring onions and a kick from the spicy miso, this bowl of ramen is a must-try!
