Strolling in the mall is a way for us to unwind and relax after a work week, or to simply spend quality time during the weekend. And one of the many malls here in the Metro that we frequently go to is Greenbelt in Ayala Center, Makati. As it is one of the most accessible malls from our place and it also has a great number of quality restaurants. In our recent visit, we finally paid attention to one restaurant that we just normally pass by whenever we walk around, Bistro Ravioli. It’s an Italian restaurant that prides itself for freshly made ravioli. Join us as we share with you our first-ever Pizza and Pasta EATSperience at Bistro Ravioli, enjoy!

Welcome to Bistro Ravioli – Greenbelt!

Located at Greenbelt 1 alongside a number of restaurants, Bistro Ravioli has a streetside restaurant feel, except that it is indoors. While dining, people watching was part of our experience too. We just hope that they can provide high chair seats for it to be family-friendly. Especially with those who have a toddler, like us.

Time to finally try Bistro Ravioli’s EATS!

As this basket made its way to our table, the scent of freshly grilled bread was so inviting. The Foccacia bread was grilled to perfection and was really crunchy. It was already good on its own but made extra-special by the cheesy spinach dip. If you love cheesy dips with your bread, you will definitely love this appetizer!

The chewy texture and the taste of freshly made pasta was the x-factor in this dish. Sauteed in anchovies, sundried tomatoes, olives and capers. A burst of flavors and textures in every bite.

Now time for some Ravioli! Ravioli filled with sauteed mushrooms and mozzarella cheese, sauteed in olive oil and roasted tomatoes. The smooth Ravioli was made even more creamy by the filling. Now, we know why this place is called Bistro Ravioli!

To complete our EATSperience, we had their brick oven Fennel Sausage Pizza. The surprisingly tasty cream sauce was complemented by slices of sausages and scallions. Thanks to their server for suggesting this lovely pizza because it sure did complete our EATSperience!

It was great to finally discover the magic that this small Italian restaurant has. We really enjoyed our first-ever EATSperience at Bistro Ravioli and it sure is won’t be the last. It is one of the restaurants hat serve freshly made pasta and pizza, and that is one huge factor that we loved about Bistro Ravioli. Can’t wait to try out more of their dishes when we return! That’s it for this edition of EATSplorations, ’till next time!
