Well, we were able to witness a battle between two powerhouse fruits from different parts of the Philippines. So to make the best desserts, we always try to use the best quality ingredients,” says Chef Kristine.

Thanks to Chef Kristine’s expertise, the amazing mangoes from Guimaras even got better. Chef Kristine showed everyone how to create this lovely and delicious treat in just a few minutes. It was perfect in all levels because of the Samsung Twin Cooling Refrigerator! The Mango Brulee Tart had freshness written all over it. Well done, Chef Kristine!
Another lovely dessert made by Chef Kristine! If you already love the juicy strawberries from Baguio, you will love it even more because of this awesome Strawberry Pavlova made on-the-spot by Chef Kristine. Every step was just so effortless for her with the help of the Samsung Twin Cooling Refrigerator. After just a few minutes, this delicate dessert was ready to feed and freshen up the hungry Legazpi Sunday Market crowd.
In our opinion, this was the best among all the three Samsung Freshness Feud desserts by Chef Kristine. Why? Because it both had mangoes and strawberries which means that it had great contrast of flavors and textures. The different layers of fruits and other ingredients just simply made us forget the extreme Sunday morning heat. Awesome job, Chef Kristine and Samsung Twin Cooling Refrigerator!
Following the September 10 event, the Samsung Freshness Feud will be brought to three other locations: Abenson Waltermart North EDSA, Addessa Baguio, and Royal Star Calamba. After a 2-week testing period, those who voted for the winning fruit will be eligible for the raffle draw where three lucky winners will be chosen.
