Teaching, blogging, and parenting leaves us very little time to cook, it can be a real challenge to prepare delicious meals at the end of a long day. Most of the time, we would just cook over the weekend and prepare our meals in advance so that we can have some home-cooked food. Yes, it’s homemade, however, it’s not that appetizing anymore because it’s not as fresh as we wanted it to be.
