Lovely and Tasty Cakes from Hearts and Bells

Every business has an origin story. For Heart and Bells, it all started when owner Marita Laddaran signed up for a cake decorating class 23 years ago. She was in awe that a simple pastry could be made into a gorgeous centerpiece for special occasions. Every business, big and small, have pretty much been on survival mode during the Enhanced Community Quarantine and more so after. It’s a great time for bloggers and even influencers to help support everyone through whichever way we all can.
