We have been big fans of Heat since before. It is because of its substantial buffet spread, the consistency in service and in the quality of food that they give to their diners. Their international buffet alone is something to be raved about. What more if you add unlimited lobsters in the menu, right? Now that’s another reason why regular and new diners should be extra excited dining at Heat.

Plastic gloves and apron are included in their table setting just in case it gets messy when one devours into their juicy lobsters. Make sure you use these items for a complete Mad for Lobster EATSperience!

Let’s take a look at HEAT’s usuals first!

One can always start things off with an array of cheese, nuts, and many more!

After a cheese-capade, one can devour their favorite tempura, sushi rolls and sashimi at the Japanese station.

Don’t sleep on HEAT’s meat! They carve up crispy and juicy lechon, succulent ribeye, and super tender lamb chops. If you are a meat-lover like us, you will surely enjoy these meaty attractions!

And now, the main event of this EATSperience… The Lobster!

Now look at that beauty! A bunch of lobsters in all sizes welcomed us as we made our way to our table. We were excited to find out the different lobster dishes that HEAT has and at the same time we were looking forward to having our lobsters cooked to our preference.

When you see the “lobster tower,” you can get some lobsters to be cooked with butter and garlic or grilled. Make sure to explore the different sauces found in the grilling station to maximize your EATSperience. We got ours off the grill and it was divine! The lobster was just naturally sweet and buttery. Perfection!

Lobster specials only found at HEAT

While enjoying some of the food that we got, a number of Edsa Shangri-La’s chefs visited us and showed us their own special creation just for Mad for Lobster. Lobster dishes from Singapore (Lobster Laksa), Japan (Lobster Sushi Rolls), and India (Lobster Curry) tickled our taste buds with distinct and delicious flavors from their country of origin. If you love curry, make sure to try out the Lobster Curry. Its smooth and lightly spiced curry was a great complement to the flavorful and juicy lobster. TIP: Ask your server about these special lobster dishes and enjoy!

Aside from the made-to-order dishes, a number of lobster dishes were also included in the buffet spread. Dishes like Lemongrass lobster, Chili Garlic Lobster, Malaysian Lobster, Lobster Thermidor, and many more. They even have lobster bisque ice cream! All were really filled with so much flavor. Each lobster dish also had its own signature flavor. More importantly, the lobsters were fresh and tender but our favorite was the Chili Garlic Lobster! It was spicy and super savory. Simple yet extremely tasty!
