[Shore Residences] One Pot Chinese Hotpot

I love love love HOTPOT! It’s one of my favorites after a long and tiring day. I just love the comfort it gives me in every single slurp of its hot hot broth. I love hotpot but I have never tried it the Szechuan way. Since the Szechuan-style of Chinese cooking is known for being spicy, I have always been afraid to try it because I am not really a spicy food type of guy. Thanks to one of my friends, I finally had the courage and hunger (haha) to try some spicy hotpot. Just before we said goodbye to our eventful EATStaycation at Hotel Jen Manila, we just had to check out their Japanese restaurant and have another feast. As you may have already read for several times now, we love Japanese food so much and we would always have it in our top three go to cuisines whenever we eat out. Good thing, Hotel Jen Manila has a very reputable Japanese restaurant in Kitsho and we were really excited to try it out for the very first time.
