Our good friend, Bettina Bacani-Cheung of BettinaBacani.com, is showing everyone how to properly start off a Meat Plus EATSperience. First, get a table number right when you’re about to enter. You will use this number when ordering.

Next, you may choose your own Steak! When we dropped by, Meat Plus had Ribeye, Porterhouse, and NY Strip. All steak cuts are portioned differently, make sure to choose wisely.

Here’s what’s inside the freezer! They have burger patties for burger steaks, too. We chose the Ribeye right away because of its perfect meat and fat ratio!

Once you’re done choosing your steak, it’s time to approach the counter to order some more and pay for your meal! Here, you may choose other Meat Plus offerings. They have burgers, spaghetti, roast beef, meat platters, sides, desserts, and drinks. TIP: Never miss their desserts! Every single thing is so good!

After ordering, time to choose your table! This is what the ground floor dining area looks like. They also have a dining area outside the restaurant and one on the second floor. Each table has its own set of cutleries and condiments, it’s the wooden piggy just in case you don’t see it.

Although Meat Plus Café has servers, a huge part of the dining EATSperience here is the self-service side of things. As you can see from the photo above, they have a condiments and water station in which diners may get ice-cold water, tissue, and all sorts of sauces.

Potato Skin (Php 75)

We might be wrong on this one or not but we just couldn’t believe that this huge plate of crispy fried potato goodness is just 75 pesos! Unbelievable, right? It’s soooooo good! The two dips were great, too! Cheese and Sour Cream. If you will be going to Meat Plus Café anytime soon, make sure to order this side! You will surely love it!!!

Meat Plus Burger and Fries (Php 295)

Yup, the Meat Plus Burger is a double patty cheeseburger! As you can see from the photo above, it’s EXTREMELY JUICY! The cook on the patties was perfection. The number of fries on the side was pretty awesome, too. This burger meal for 295 pesos? Definitely, value for money EATSperience at Meat Plus!

Meat Platter A – Pork Chops, Pork BBQ Ribs, Roast Beef, and Grilled Chicken with 5 cups of rice, 5 drinks, 1 kernel corn and 1 mixed veggies (Php 1,400)

Another menu item that will surely blow your mind, Meat Plus Café’s Meat Platters! This one’s just the Meat Platter A at 1,400 pesos and it looks like it can feed an army. All the favorite meats in one humongous platter with rice, sides, and drinks. Hands down one of the most “sulit” family-sized meals ever. Our favorite here is the Pork BBQ Ribs and Roast Beef. Super tender and extremely tasty! Awesome job, Meat Plus!

US Ribeye (priced at approximately Php 665 according to its weight and plus Php 155 for the cooking fee per steak)

It’s as good as we expected it to be! The Ribeye is really one of the best if not the best cuts of steak ever. The layers of fat and meat just give a buttery bite each and every single time. The meat was cooked perfectly at medium rare, too! A super tender and flavorful cut of steak. Nothing but awesomeness, Meat Plus!

Oven Roasted Belly with Rice (Php 365)

Good thing one of our friends ordered this one! You can never go wrong with a well-cooked roast beef belly! Meat Plus Café’s version of this dish is truly one of the best we’ve had. The beef just melted in our mouth. The layers of fat were just heavenly. Every spoonful screams perfection! This dish is definitely a must-try.

Desserts –  Cheesecake, Apple Pie, Chocolate Cake, and Carrot Cake (price range of the desserts in this photo is Php 115 to Php 165)

Meat Plus Café is not just all about meats! They have desserts, too. Pretty delicious desserts as we may say. All four desserts were good but the one that stood out the most was the really nostalgic Chocolate Cake! Make sure to order it and finish off your Meat Plus EATSperience on a sweet note!

Nothing beats Good Times plus Great Food especially when you’re at Meat Plus Café! We were really impressed with how good and affordable their offerings are. The steaks, burgers, meat platters, and so on will surely satisfy any carnivore’s cravings! The sides and desserts were pretty amazing, too.  Meat Plus Café is definitely one great addition to the list of family-friendly restaurants here in Metro Manila. Food is really really good. Price is reasonable and affordable. We can’t wait to come back for more of their other meaty offerings! That’s it for this edition of EATSplorations, until next time!
