First stop: Pizza and Pasta at Pizza Grigliata!

Pizza Grigliata has got a whole lineup of grilled thin-crust pizzas, all freshly-made, every single time! They became famous a couple of years back, thanks to their stint at the Ultimate Taste Test Pro Edition wherein they won as the Champion. Now, they have a branch in Greenhills and a stall here at The Garage. Not bad, right?

Margherita (Php 310)

Tomato Sauce, Pesto Sauce, Cheese, Tomatoes, and Basil in one classic yet unique pizza creation! We love the generous amount of pesto sauce on this one. It was very fragrant and pretty tasty. It provided the Margherita a flavor upgrade that made a classic more exciting yet still very familiar.

Quattro Formaggi with Truffle Oil (Php 320)

Secret Cheese Sauce, Blue Cheese, Mozzarella, and Parmesan with Truffle Oil. This was one hell of a Four Cheese Pizza by Pizza Grigliata! Amazing combination of cheeses and the addition of truffle oil was really awesome!

Carbonara (Php 350)

An all-time favorite of ours when it comes to pasta! The Carbonara by Pizza Grigliata was really good. It was really creamy, tasty, and filling! A huge plus was that there was a generous amount of bacon bits for that added crunch and saltiness.

Pomodoro (Php 320)

Tomatoes, Anchovies, and Hungarian Sausage in one classic pasta dish! The sauce was amazing. It tasted really fresh, tangy, and a little touch of sweetness. The anchovies and sausage provided a great balance of flavor, thanks to its saltiness.

The Chip Shoppe is The Garage’s Fish, Chips, and a whole lot more stall! This food stall is obviously inspired by Great Britain and its love for Fish and Chips.

At The Chip Shoppe, expect a lot of fried finger food that’s relatable and delicious at the same time. Order a few of their bestsellers and some drinks from the bar and you’re all set for a great meal with friends/family!

Spam Fritters (Php 320), Signature Corn Dog (Php 320), and Fisherman’s Basket (Php 540)

The Spam Fritters was amazing! Crispy batter and Spam always go together perfectly. The Corn Dogs had a great fluffy (surprisingly, not greasy) batter and snappy dogs that were not super salty. The Fishman’s Basket has it all and for only Php 540! Every bit of fried seafood has perfection written all over it. Awesome stuff!

Cod Save The Queen (Php 420)

FISH and CHIPS!!! Yup, they don’t use Dory, hehe. They use COD. C, O, D, COD! Perfectly battered and fried cod for the win. We’ve never had anything like this before. It may look so simple but it tastes so good! The Chip Shoppe’s Cod Save The Queen is like no other fish and chips in town. This is by far THE BEST fish and chips we’ve ever had. Try it out, if you don’t believe us!
